30 Days of No-Screen Activities to Help You Take a Break from Technology
If you find you, your family, or people you spend time with are on their phones a lot, give our ’30 days of no-screen activities’ a try. This 30-day challenge consists of activities that encourage you to be present, do things without looking at your phone or computer, and appreciate the beauty around you.
Especially in today’s world, this isn’t an easy challenge. Hopefully, at the end of the 30 days, you’ll have some really lovely moments and memories to look back on.
