Intentionally scheduling in ‘me’ time is one of simplest ways to be kind to yourself. If life is busy, start with just 5 minutes and see how much of a difference it can make. For when you have an afternoon or evening available, you can take yourself on a solo date.

Our solo date planner has both ideas and a monthly planner to identify when you’re free and schedule in some ‘me’ time. A solo date is a great way to do a little something for yourself and prioritize your self-care. You can also use it as a way to reset after a busy time, or just feel more confident in yourself.

You can get the planner as a printable at the bottom of the article. If it’s winter, use it for some much-needed cold weather self-care, or to prioritize yourself in the new year.

You can also use the planner in the spring or summer for some outdoor time. Your own self-care starts with you setting the intention to prioritize it.

You can take a closer look at our suggested solo dates below. The planner also has space to add your own ideas.
