Even though it’s early in November, no doubt you have plenty on your mind with busy schedules, Thanksgiving planning, and the holidays on the horizon.

Allow us to ease the load just a little with our November 4th daily planner. Use it not only to support your daily routines, like journaling and your morning routine, but also to get ideas for doing some fun or self-care related.

When it feels like there’s a lot going on, pause and take a moment. Have a look at the planner, and give yourself a moment to look through your schedule. The day may be busy, but you can find a lot of simple and ordinary joys by looking in the right place.

overnight citrus chia pudding in a mason jar displayed against a dark wooden backdrop topped with granola
two rectangular plates displayed in a diagonal formation each with two halves of chicken quesadillas, a heart-shaped cup of sour cream topped with chives and a dollop of guacamole

Breakfast: Overnight citrus chia pudding (or a tropical chia pudding). The ratio we like to use when making overnight chia puddings is 4 tablespoons of chia seeds per cup of liquid (milk or nut milk).
Lunch: Southwest chicken wrap (or another tortilla wrap you’d prefer)
Dinner: Quesadillas with guacamole (you can do simple quesadillas with just cheese and tortillas or you can add ingredients like chicken and peppers).
