We all go through times when we feel unmotivated. Especially in the summer when the weather is hot, the to-do list can feel like a mountain to climb.

Things that are holding you back and why.

Ways you can distance yourself from those distractions.

Tasks you’re unmotivated by and how you can break them into smaller tasks.

What your strengths are and what you do well.

Ways you can track your progress.

Things you can do the night before to reduce decision fatigue.

How long you can do a task before you start putting it off (time yourself).

What you can build on tomorrow if you do a little bit today.

How you answer these is entirely up to you. If you’re pushed for time when it comes to journaling, keep your answers short and to the point. If you use this challenge as part of a more reflective period of daily journaling, really take the time to get everything out of your head and onto paper.

Often you’ll find your reasons for lack of motivation are quite simple. It could come down to only focusing on the end goal, too much online comparison, or having unrealistic expectations. Hopefully this 30-day challenge will help you find those factors and then take steps to work past them.
