February’s dinners are below, and you’ll find breakfast, lunch, and seasonal favorites over the next couple of weeks.
Pair dinner with some of these sides, and add some of these wraps to your lunch rotation. If you’re hosting loved ones, try some of these ideas for brunch, or these party appetizers.

- Steak and Veggies with Mashed Potatoes. To cook a proper steak, see this video from Gordon Ramsay. It’s everything you need to know in just 2 minutes 30 seconds. We like sirloin steaks and serve them with sautéed mushrooms, slightly charred broccolini, and blistered tomatoes. We’ve also included our mashed potatoes recipe above. Other potato side recipes that pair really well with steaks include these air-fryer parmesan baby potatoes, these baked cheesy mashed potatoes, and these baby potatoes with lemon, garlic, parmesan, and basil.

Note 1: Tomato & Cheddar Sandwich.

This sandwich is so simple that we decided not to write a separate recipe for it. Instead, here it is. You’ll just need:
- 2 slices of your favorite bread. Bread that works well here includes granary, seeded, sourdough, and rye.
- 4 thin slices of a large tomato, seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 1.5 oz (40 grams) extra-sharp (extra-mature) cheddar. We used white cheddar.
- half a tablespoon of mayonnaise. You can use butter instead if you don’t like mayo.
Toast the bread and then spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of one slice of bread. Layer the sliced cheddar on top of the mayo side and then the seasoned tomato slices.
Week 3
- Quiche with Side Salad
- Grilled Chicken & Greek Salad. For the chicken, we recommend this yogurt-marinated chicken breast recipe.
- Avocado Tomato Salad
- Hummus & Feta Wrap. You could keep it simple with just some hummus, feta, and some sliced bell peppers in a tortilla wrap. Or you could try some air-fryer veggies, hummus, feta, and avocado in a wrap.
- Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich (make a sandwich with two thick slices of toasted bread, this creamy avocado egg salad, and a couple slices of tomato seasoned with salt and pepper).
- Apple Spinach Salad
- Pesto Pasta
Week 4
- Mushroom Soup
- Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap
- Salmon Avocado Bowl
