This October, join us for another month of gratitude journaling that puts the spotlight on the people we’re grateful for in life.

This month-long journaling activity isn’t necessarily about reconnecting with people. It’s more about acknowledging the people in, or who have been in, our lives and the positives that came with them. The ideas will encourage you to write about family, friends, loved ones, and lots of different other people who have come into our lives at various moments.

You can get the full calendar as a printable below. We really hope you get a lot from this month of journaling.
