Sharing is caring!

There are many things in life we can be grateful for. This January, use our month of gratitude journaling to focus on the opportunities you’ve had, and still have, in life, both big and small.

Opportunities arise and present themselves in lots of different ways. This type of journaling can help with a positive outlook, as can our morning journaling for January and our post-holiday decompression journaling. With a more positive outlook, you can then use our goal-setting and reflection journaling to stay consistent with your January goals.

If you want to try this gratitude journaling month, find the calendar printable at the bottom of the article.
