It’s always important to take a break. However, on really busy days, those little moments to yourself can make a world of difference.

On tiring and busy days, use one or more of these micro-breaks. Use them to reset, step away, get some clarity, or get inspired. There are lots to try, so write about the ones that work best for you and use those as your go-to activities on busy days.
