How to Use the Planner

Once you’ve printed it off, take a moment to plan your goal properly. If it’s too lofty or not specific enough, you’ll find it tough to keep going.

Set Your Goal and Your Reasons

Be specific with your goal and identify your ‘why’. On those tough days you don’t want to do it, your ‘why’ will be your motivation.

Identify Your Daily Progress

Here, you have three opportunities to identify what counts as a day completed. This is where the 5-10 minute section, for example, can be really useful. Some days life is just so busy, so it’s important to do something, rather than nothing.

You don’t have to do all three in a day. Simply use the ideas to identify how you could make progress every day, then be realistic about how much time you have. Start with 5-10 minutes a day.

Write Down What You Need

You can use the time tracker to mark when you have time in your day to attempt your goal. You can also reach out to people to be your accountability buddy, or do the goal with you. You also have space to identify where to do your daily goal, and what you need.

Daily Tracker

This is the fun part! Once you’ve completed a day, mark it off on the calendar. The more days you mark off, the more motivated you’ll feel to get to the end of the month.

If you’re ready to make positive change this year, get the planner and follow along every day. Use can also use our daily planners to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. Good luck building your new habit or routine, or reaching your goal!
