Our August ‘walk and talk’ challenge is a simple daily activity. Simply go for a 20-minute walk and talk about the topics.
It’s that simple, and it’s a great way to both get some outdoor time and have a great conversation with someone. You could walk with the family, your significant other, a coworker, or a close friend. You could also walk on your own and reflect on the topics if you don’t have anyone to walk with.
Enjoy this simple activity to get you outside and enjoying the last few weeks of summer. Keep the walk local and nearby, and just go for 20 minutes. That way, you can still take part in the challenge, even if you have a busy schedule.
